Author/delegate registration includes admission to technical sessions, refreshment breaks, lunches, one social event ticket, one social dinner ticket and an electronic copy of the proceedings. Additional guest tickets for social event or dinner can be purchased during registration.
Student registration does not include the dinner ticket.

At least one AUTHOR for each accepted paper is required to register as a REGULAR attendee (Regular IEEE Member or Regular Non-Member) and pay his/her fee before August 10, 2018. When registering, please refer to the submission PAPER ID. Papers will not be published in the proceedings unless one of the authors has registered (as REGULAR) and payment of the registration fee has been received.

Visa
Attendees needing a visa are requested to send an email to Saqib Khursheed at S.Khursheed@Liverpool.ac.uk (and cc-ing Spyros Tragoudas at spyros@siu.edu) with a scanned copy of their passport and the following information:

- + Passport No.

Conference venue and hotel
The conference will be held
A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel for the event.
The price for rooms with either a king size or double queen beds is $226 plus tax.
These rates will be available three (3) days before and after the Group's event, subject to availability.

The reservation cut-off date is September 19, 2018 but attendees are encouraged to reserve rooms as soon as possible.
Reservations for the nights of October 5, 2018 and October 6, 2018 may be particularly challenging due to the Chicago Marathon.
